PROKEY AQUA, BIO
Being the most traditional form of water kefir, it is made thanks to the fermentative action of the living kefir culture. Cane sugar* and dates* are added, necessary for kefir culture nourishment. Lemon* is used for flavouring and gives a refreshing touch to our drink (*certified organic ingredients). Lightly carbonated (naturally produced during elaboration). Sugar is kefir’s food, disappears while it grows and in the final drink is under 2%. Living beverage, it is not pasteurized: contains 100 millions of kefir culture CFU per ml at time of bottling.
