PROKEY AQUA, BIO

Being the most traditional form of water kefir, it is made thanks to the fermentative action of the living kefir culture. Cane sugar* and dates* are added, necessary for kefir culture nourishment. Lemon* is used for flavouring and gives a refreshing touch to our drink (*certified organic ingredients). Lightly carbonated (naturally produced during elaboration). Living beverage, it is not pasteurized: contains 100 millions of kefir culture CFU per ml at time of bottling.

PROKEY MINT & GINGER, BIO

It is made by the fermentative action of the living kefir culture. We use cane sugar* and dates* for kefir nourishment, and lemon* to flavour it. After the first fermentation it is aromatized with an infusion of fresh mint and ginger roots. The final resulting flavour remember a muslim tea (*certified organic ingredients). Lightly carbonated (naturally produced during elaboration). Living beverage, it is not pasteurized: contains 100 millions of kefir culture CFU per ml at time of bottling.
