It is made by the fermentative action of the living kefir culture. We use cane sugar* and dates* for kefir nourishment, and lemon* to flavour it. After the first fermentation it is aromatized with an infusion of hibiscus* (*certified organic ingredients). Lightly carbonated (naturally produced during elaboration). Sugar is kefir’s food, disappears while it grows and in the final drink is under 2%. It smells very strong because the fermentation.
Living beverage, it is not pasteurized: contains 100 millions of kefir culture CFU per ml at time of bottling.
